Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You might go on creating the service definition, but only as a copy of
the original service definition, and not as a new object, e.g. the
endpoint should be the same (same function group or BAPI).
It is not recommended to create two different service definitions
(different endpoint or business functionality) with the same name in two
different systems. This will lead to inconsistencies, in case both
services are transported into the same system, or an upgrade takes
place, where one service definition overwrites the other.
