vendor consignment goods. It involves a partial delivery, which means an
alternate stock category is recorded in one of the previous deliveries
or the current delivery, or consignment goods are being delivered. A
partial delivery is not possible in this case, however, as partial
deliveries must have the same stock category.

stock category does not have sufficient stocks, post stock transfers.
Make changes within stock determination.
