Check whether there are any entries in table WSOJOBP with this job
name. If entries do exist, there must be an inconsistency.
If there are no entries in table WSOJOBP, the job has probably already
been executed. Once a job has finished, the entries in tables WSOJOB
and WSOJOBP are deleted.
