The document was sent correctly but could not be saved in the work item
attachments due to an insertion error.

Systemantwort

The system terminates after sending the mail correctly.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

The mail was sent, processing can therefore be continued in the normal
manner. The mail sent has also been placed in the Business Workplace
and can be viewed there. However, this only applies to the sender. If
the work item is forwarded, the new agent cannot access the mail.
