Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You cannot correct this error using the "Process Errors" function. You
have to exclude the complete delivery record with the "Deactivate
record" function from further processing, and contact your customer
directly. The data record has to be determined again with valid values
(correct unit of measure and corresponding quantity).
