Multiple premium lines with the same combination of partner (GPART),
insurance object (VTREF), insurance tax schedule (INSTAXS), and tax
reference (TXPOS) exist for this tax line.
For this reason the system cannot determine the tax base amount for the
general ledger item of the tax line.
