You want to create handling units from an HU proposal. A minimum
packing status for HU creation has been set in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOPI0OVHU2>Customizing for packing transaction
profiles</>. The HU proposal, from which you want to create a handling
unit, falls below this minimum packing status. The system will
therefore not permit HU creation.

exceeding the minimum packing status.
Delete the packing instruction ID, and thus create HUs without
reference to a packing instruction.
Change the minimum packing status in the appropriate packing
transaction profile in the IMG activity Maintain Packing Transaction
Profiles.
