Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The release date is at least one year older than that of the date that
figures are set to zero on in the release header. Normally the customer
must have already sent a date that figures are set to zero on but this
is not the case here.

Systemantwort

When determining the fiscal and incomplete previous year the date that
figures are set to zero on is not taken into account. The system will
only use the cumulative quantity received by the customer that the
customer has sent.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check why the customer has not sent a new date for figures to be set to
zero on and if necessary, agree with the customer to maintain it
manually.
If the customer does not send a date that figures are set to zero on in
future, delete it from the release.
