Hierarchies can be set up (only if a data element is specified)
The <LS>Attachments</> indicator is selected
The <LS>Sets</> indicator is selected
The following settings are only allowed for entity types with <LS>1</>
or <LS>2</> as the storage and use type:
The length of the entity texts is specified
The <LS>Language-Dep.Texts</> indicator is set
These settings are <ZH>not</> allowed for entity types with a different
storage and use type.
