Either characteristic &V1& was transferred to the planning function as
parameter KN_CONF or KN_VERS, or it was generated automatically in a
multiplanning area. For this reason, there has to be a restriction to
exactly one level in planning level &V2& of area &V3&, which defines an
access method. In the present instance, however, there is a restriction
to several values or value ranges.
