Was verursacht dieses Problem?

Changes to an existing planning function has meant that processing
rules are not clearly assigned to certain conditions. For example, this
then occurs when you subsequently assign characteristics for conditions
to a planning function, and no such characteristics were originally
assigned to this planning function.

So that it is possible to navigate to the processing rules which have
already been entered, artificial conditions were added. They can be
recognized, as all values are set to the value "not assigned".
