UMG_EXECUTE_HINTS_FOR_INDXTAB expects 4 or 6
Repair categories:
1 - Transparent table, pooled table, cluster table with R3load log
4 - Index Table (binary part) with SPUMG INDX log
5 - Transparent table, pooled table, cluster table added manually for
free repair
6 - Index Table (binary part) added manually for free repair
