Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You changed the SPUMG option "Code Page for INDX type tables" in the
SPUMG settings. When changing this option the so called Converter Cache
(CCC) has to be reset but the reset failed. The return code was &V1&
Return Code 1: the reason for the failure is not known.
Return Code 2: the user does not have sufficient authorization to reset
the CCC.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Depending on the return code please
Return Code 1: call transaction /i18n and select "Trouble Shooting ->
CCC Cache" from the menu. Reset the CCC by selecting "Clear Cache" from
the menu bar.
Return Code 2: Make sure you have sufficient authorization to reset the
CCC. A check for the authorization object "S_ADMI_FCD" is done. The
authorization "S_ADMI_FCD" for the field SCP1 has to be set.
