Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You want to reset tables in a worklist of SPUMG but currently SPUMG scan
jobs are running which could process the selected tables during the
reset action.

Systemantwort

Only tables which are not processed (worklist status "In Process") can
be reset. Before the reset of a table a lock is set on the selected
table to avoid conflicts with running batch jobs. The lock is released
after the reset and the table is then processed automatically if a
corresponding background job is running.
