The current data row contains the character "&V2&" in a value field.
It's position implies that it is not used for separating thousands.
However, "&V1&" is defined as the decimal separator in upload method
&V3&.
"&V2&" characters in value field strings will be ignored. The system
will interpret these values as numbers without decimal places.
Check the definition of the decimal separator in upload method &V3&, and
compare that with how it is used in the file. Avoid ambiguous number
formats within the file.
