The transaction being executed in the CATT procedure has not yet
finished at the time of formatting the log.

You can display the log parallel to the current CATT procedure, in
another session. In this case, a transaction can still be active.
This message is only output when there are less than 20 minutes between
the start of the transaction and log formatting. After 20 minutes it is
assumed that the transaction has terminated, and an appropriate message
is output.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

The log can be refreshed via the function key 'Refresh' In this case
the transaction time is refreshed, or the log is completed via other
CATT functions.
