in English.
The software component description is not yet available in English,
however.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You first have to translate the description.
To do this, go to the translation initial screen (transaction SE63). In
the command field, enter the object type <ZH>TABL</>. Enter CVERS_REF*
as the name of the table and choose F4. If you need to specify a
translation area, enter <ZH>999999</>. If possible, enter the name of
your software component.
Enter the translation of the software component description.
Start the object list check in the Software Delivery Composer again.
If the entry is translated, you can select it and copy it to the
delivery request by choosing <ZH>Correct Entries</>.
You can display the result by choosing <ZH>Delivery Request -> Display
</>. The translations of the software component description that are
included in the delivery request are listed under the category
<LS>Translations for: Version Number</>.
