Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Make sure that both requests are assigned to the same project. To
change the assignment, go to the hierarchical request overview and
choose:
<LS>Utilities</> -> <LS>Reorganize</> -> <LS>Assign to a project...</>
or <LS>Delete project assignment...</>.
