Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

The following lists all the reasons why a Support Package cannot be
included in the upgrade:
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_EPS_PARCEL</>
The EPS parcel is not in the EPS inbox. This is probably because it has
been deleted. You need to download the appropriate Support Package.
To get to the inbox, call the Support Package Manager (Transaction
SPAM) and choose <LS>Environment</> -> <LS>EPS
</> -> <LS>Goto</> -> <LS>Inbox</>.
It may also be the case that a profile parameter has been configured
incorrectly. Use program RSPARAM to check the value of DIR_EPS,
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_R_DATA_FILE (TRANS)</>
The path of the R3trans data file in the directory /usr/sap/trans/data
could not be determined. This is probably because one of the profile
parameters is incorrectly configured. Use program RSPARAM to check the
value of DIR_TRANS.
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_R_DATA_FILE (PUT)</>
The path of the R3trans data file in the directory /usr/sap/put/data
could not be determined. This is probably because one of the profile
parameters is incorrectly configured. Use program RSPARAM to check the
value of DIR_PUT.
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_D_DATA_FILE (TRANS)</>
The path of the ADO data file in the directory /usr/sap/trans/data
could not be determined. See point 2.
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_D_DATA_FILE (PUT)</>
The path of the ADO data file in the directory /usr/sap/put/data could
not be determined. See point 3.
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_COFILE (TRANS)</>
The path of the cofile in the directory /usr/sap/trans/cofiles could
not be determined. See point 2.
<ZH>CANNOT_DETERMINE_COFILE (PUT)</>
The path of the cofile in the directory /usr/sap/put/cofiles could not
be determined. See point 3.
<ZH>CANNOT_SKIP_ATTRIBUTE_RECORD</>
The attributes could not be read from the corresponding EPS parcel.
User <sid>adm probably does not have read authorization for the
directory /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in, or the EPS parcel does not exist
there.
<ZH>CANNOT_DISASSEMBLE_R_DATA_FILE</>
The R3trans data file could not be disassembled. User <sid>adm probably
does not have read authorization for the directory
/usr/sap/trans/data/.
<ZH>CANNOT_DISASSEMBLE_D_DATA_FILE</>
The ADO data file could not be disassembled. See point 9.
<ZH>CANNOT_CREATE_COFILE</>
The cofile could not be created. User <sid>adm probably does not have
write authorization for the directory /usr/sap/trans/cofiles. For more
information, see the corresponding SLOG log file.
<ZH>CANNOT_COPY_R_DATA_FILE</>
EPS could not copy the R3trans data file from /usr/sap/trans/data to
the directory /usr/sap/put/data. /usr/sap/put/data probably cannot be
accessed through the application server, or user sid<adm> does not have
write authorization.
<ZH>CANNOT_COPY_D_DATA_FILE</>
EPS could not copy the ADO data file from /usr/sap/trans/data to the
directory /usr/sap/put/data. /usr/sap/put/cofiles probably cannot be
accessed through the application server, or user sid<adm> does not have
write authorization.
<ZH>CANNOT_COPY_COFILE</>
EPS could not copy the cofile from /usr/sap/trans/cofiles to the
directory /usr/sap/put/cofiles. See point 12.
<ZH>CANNOT_UPDATE_PATCH_STATUS</>
The status could not be updated to 'included'.
