You want to make a relocation from the basis system &V1& to the
application system &V2&.
This type of relocation leaves obsolete objects in the basis system
that can no longer be brought up-to-date.
The basis separation is also damaged. Inconsistencies can result in the
system if these objects are used by real basis objects.

Relocations from basis systems to application systems are therefore not
allowed.
