A runtime object was found for which there is no definition in the
ABAP/4 Dictionary. The runtime object is deleted.
Depending on the system history, such objects may be the result of
incomplete deletions of customer or SAP objects.
This object is either a structure or a DB table which no longer exists
or does not contain any data.
If data could be lost, another message is issued and the runtime object
is not deleted.
