If a tax exemption certificate status is set to <LS>released </>or<LS>
in use</>, the following changes are restricted:
You cannot make changes to the tax exemption certificate.
The <LS>valid to date </>can only be changed to a date, which is greater
than the current date (system date).
The <LS>maximum amount</> can be increased.
