You have selected the copy option "Parallel Processes".

Systemantwort

The system starts parallel copy processes to accelerate the copy. The
client copy log file tells you which process was started on which
server.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You can monitor the status of the copy with the transaction SCC3, which
is also the only way you can end the parallel processes, because they
restart each other when one process ends. If the copy gets this cancel
command, the processes end after they have finished copying the current
table. If this takes too long, you can end the processes - after
sending the cancel command - in the process overview (transaction
SM50). The process then ends after performing the current I/O.
You can only restart the copy when all processes have ended.
