Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You are currently logged on to an application server (&V1&) for which no
HTTP(S) service is active. This is why the Web Dynpro ABAP View Designer
preview cannot easily be set up, and it has automatically been
deactivated.
Alternatively, the problem can be due to an incorrect entry in the
HTTPURLLOC database table. For more information, see Note 1009930.

You have two options to continue working with the View Designer preview.
Log on directly to the application server &V2&, for which the service in
question is active.
Set user parameter WB_WD_VD_HTML_TO_DB in transaction SU01 to activate a
fallback handling for setting up the View Designer preview. This
alternative is not as efficient as the standard procedure because of the
additional database accesses needed. However, this way you can continue
to use the PUBLIC system logon. Afterwards you may have to reactivate
the View Designer preview using the appropriate button in the toolbar.
