Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The event handler for Web Service Reliable Messaging (WSRM) is required
for the full processing of an asynchronous Web service sequence. This
service is not active. This situation can cause messages to be sent
incompletely. Note that you may see this error message in the first few
minutes after a system start without there actually being an error. The
service is usually activated about 10 minutes after the system start, at
the latest.

error message.

Vorgehensweise für Systemadministratoren

If the system is installed and configured correctly, the WSRM event
handler is started by AUTOABAP. An inactive event handler can be caused
by the following:
Check whether the report SAPMSSY6 includes the line "perform
submit_report using 'TASK_SYSTEM_START' 30 240". If not, the software
version is not up-to-date. Contact SAP Support.
Check whether any ABAP runtime errors exist for user SAPSYS (transaction
ST22). (The runtime error CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR is raised by the
program RSWSRMEH.)
Activate the WSRM event handler manually. To do this, use transaction
SA38 to run the report TASK_SYSTEM_START. Then run the report
SRT_ADMIN_CHECK and check whether the event handler has been started.
These actions provide only a temporary solution to the problem. Check
whether the event handler starts automatically the next time you start
the system.
