You are trying to close a request while extraction is still running or
extraction has not been started.

Requests can only be closed if the extraction process has been completed
or if an error occurred.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If you do not want to wait for the extraction process to be completed
normally, you can can terminate the background job of the extraction
request and close the request. Select the background job in the job
management screen. If the job still has the "planned status", delete the
job from the database, or cancel the job if it is active. Return to the
delta queue request monitoring screen and close the request.
