You add a BSP application to a transport request. This means that the
application itself is written to the request (as the object R3TR WAPA).
The pages and page fragments belonging to the application are
transported with this entry.
However, the local MIME objects belonging to the BSP application (such
as the MIME directory for the application, the images, and the style
sheets) are not transported. You must add each of these objects to the
transport request individually.
