either not been maintained correctly or not at all.
The signature is rejected.

<ZH>If you are authorized to execute the signature:</>

Ask your system administrator to maintain the SSF information about user
&V1& (see Customizing for <LS>Batch Records</>, section <LS>Interface
Configuration</>.)
After the SSF information has been changed, call the dialog box for
digital signatures again.
Execute your signature.
<ZH>If another user with the corresponding authorization must execute
the signature:</>
Depending on the application, choose one of the following procedures:
If your user name can be overwritten when entering the password, the
signatory should execute the signature in your window directly.
If your user name cannot be overwritten:
RESET N2
Where possible, save the data you have entered so far without a
signature.
The signatory must then log on to the SAP system under his own user name
and call the function again.
