is the base currency are used to calculate the exchange rates. The

currency &V2&.

One exchange rate type has the base currency 'A'. The exchange rates:
from currency = 'A' to currency = 'B' and
from currency = 'A' to currency = 'C'
are used to determine the exchange rate from currency 'B' to currency
'C'.
