The document is inconsistent.
&HINTS&
Correct the document by means of transaction SE61, if error occurs in
the document in its original language. Preferable use the "Line Editor"
mode for corrections. You can switch to the "Line Editor" mode in the
document editor, menu: 'Goto -> Editor Change'.
How to correct in case of:
If you meet 'The document is empty or was not found.' or 'Document
contains no text', delete the document and transport your changes.
'The document is empty or was not found.' is generated, when document
contains no lines with content, for exception lines with format 'U1'.
Message can be raised, when user uses format 'U1' for text, which is
nota F1-header (text within '&'). In this case replace format with
another suitable one (e.g. UT), activate your document and release your
transport request.
'Document contains no text' is generated, when document does not have
any lines in DOKTL-table, but is not declared as self-explanatory.
