Activate the document by means of Documentation Editor. Editor can be
reached either from transaction SE61 or from tool, which corresponds to
particular repository / dictionary object, e.g. transaction SE11 for
domains or transaction SE37 for function modules.
Do not forget to release the transport request, which contains either
documentation object itself or corresponding dictionary / repository
object
