Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You want to release a correction request in the CS system. The
associated change request in the maintenance system contains objects
that can only be delivered in a Support Package with special approval
(for example, by a Quality Manager).

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

To display the required special approval, choose one of the following
options:
In the maintenance system, call the transaction SCWB, enter the request
owner, and in the toolbar select the "Special Approvals" pushbutton. If
multiple correction measures are listed, position the cursor on the
required correction measure and select the "Special Approvals"
pushbutton again.
In the maintenance system, call the transaction SHXC and enter the
change request directly.
In the CS system call the correction measure and select the pushbutton
"Special Approvals" in the toolbar.
The system displays the list of objects that require approval for the
specified request.
To get the special approvals required, contact your Quality Manager.
You Quality Manager can display the special approvals as described above
and grant then by checking the checkboxes for the special approvals in
change mode. For this the Quality Manager needs the role
SAP_QAP_SP_RESP.
