The system has detected an incomplete or obsolete version of the SAP
Note in your system. The system then downloaded the note again and
recalculated its adjustment status (traffic light).

Click the traffic light next to the note number. If the light is yellow,
the system implements the note again; if the light is green, the system
resets the note to its original version.
