The activation of HDI objects comprises three technical HDI calls: <LS>
Status</>, <LS>Get_make_groups</>, and <LS>Make</>.
Objects are activated across requests with the aim of activating as many
objects as possible in HDI.
To achieve this, the system retries the <LS>Make</> call when errors
occur, but skips the objects with errors. The parameter
MAX_NR_ATTEMPTS_HDI_MAKE in the table CTS_HOT_PARAMS can be used to
define the maximum number of activation attempts.
Errors are only logged as errors in logs where the object in question is
part of the request.
