The BC Set &V2& is locked by the user &V1&.
A BC Set can only be edited by one user in one session. The structure
of the BC Set can change while it is locked, so certain actions are not
allowed while it is locked:
Go to change mode
The following actions are thus not possible:
Change the structure (IMG activities, customizing objects, data
records)
Change validity range/text and attributes (country/industry)
Change documentation
Copy BC Set
Delete BC Set
Download to a file
Print BC Set
Activate BC Set

Changes and actions which would document an inconsistent status (copy,
download file, print, activate) are not allowed.
