The file should have the extension ".bcs". Other extensions could
indicate formats which cannot be interpreted.
-> Only use files with the extension ".bcs"
The file was not created by a download (or it has been changed
manually) and does not satisfy the internal conventions.
-> Contact the person who made the download and clarify whether manual
modifications have been made
The version number for the download/upload format could not be
determined, or is not known.
-> Check whether there is an entry in the first row of the file to be
opened with the name 'VERSION' and the value '1'
