structure name in this definition has changed, has been deleted, or a
new context structure has been added.

The context structure name in the registry is automatically adjusted to
the current code type definition. If the assignment of a context
structure is deleted in the code type definition, the field assignment
in the 'Context Field Assignment' is also deleted.

Save the entry before leaving Registry maintenance, to save the update.
