Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The variable parameters are set in such a way that the system only
selects operations which are not yet finally confirmed and whose
control key specifies that they require confirmation.
You can always confirm an operation providing its control key allows
confirmation.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

To confirm operations that have been finally confirmed, proceed as
follows:
Select the menu options "Parameters" => "Variable parameters" on the
initial confirmation screen.
Take out the indicator "Open operations".
The change is valid for the current plant and order type.
