If the configuration file of the operating system collector SAPOSCOL
changes in the context of process monitoring, subtrees for new process
names must be created if applicable, and subtrees for processes that

This node checks whether the configuration of the process monitoring
has changed, so that the tree structure always contains the currently
monitored process names. No alerts are generated for the configuration
node.
