not propagated by all outbound delta DTPs.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You can consider using a field based ADSO associated to this data source
into your data flow. This ADSO will contain all requests present in the
PSA and will be used as source for the future outgoing delta DTPs.
Alternatively, if you don't want to use a field-based ADSO, you should
make sure that all necessary delta DTPs (see following messages) are
executed before the transfer is triggered.
