If the hierarchy contains non-basic characteristic nodes, the names of
these nodes are included in the master data values and the hierarchy has
the property 'do not suppress unassigned nodes', the unsupported case of
multiple parents will occur at runtime (if the hierarchy is displayed
and includes the unassigned nodes).
In order to prevent this from occurring, this type of hierarchy is not
allowed.
