The record in table RPM_RELATE has the relationship type &v1&. This
means that REL_GUID2 should pointing to:
A record in CGPL_TASK of object type QTO (relation) AND
A relationship of relationship type &v2& in table RPM_RELATE. This
record seems to be missing in the system.
Example: Relationship type SAG
REL_GUID2 points to a relationship of type QAG in table RPM_RELATE.

Possible solutions for this error:
The relationship in table RPM_RELATE with GUID &v4& and relationship
type &v2& was deleted accidently. This record has to be inserted again
into table RPM_RELATE.
The value of REL_GUID2 is corrupted. Try to find out, which is the
correct record in RPM_RELATE this relationship should be linked to, then
update RPM_RELATE with the correct REL_GUID2.
