Was verursacht dieses Problem?

There is a text in a hierarchy referring to a hierarchy with object ID
&V1&. There is no entry in the header segment for this object ID
however, which means that there is no text for this hierarchy.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check whether all hierarchy segments - especially the header segment -
have been filled properly in the source data.
Check whether the object IDs have been set correctly in the
transformation. If more than one hierarchy is stored in a request, the
object ID serves to specify the reference of the data in a hierarchy to
the parts in other segments.
Note: If you want to load just one hierarchy in a request, make sure
that the object ID is not filled in all segments and is therefore
initial.
