Navigation attributes are selected that are compounded to other
navigation attributes.
Example:
If both the cost center (0COSTCENTER) and the controlling area
(0CO_AREA) are defined as a navigation attribute to a characteristic,
if the nav. attribute ...__0COSTCENTER is selected, the nav. attribute
...__0CO_AREA must also be selected.

In such a case, the system also selects the higher-level navigation
attributes (consistent addition).
