You have entered a certified QM system in the quality info record and
set the indicator "Inspection independent of supplier certification".
This indicator, however, only affects the QM system in the supplier
master data. It does not have any effect on the skip that is controlled
by the QM system in the quality info record.

Check your requirements and either set another inspection control
indicator or select another QM system.
