operation, no more results can be confirmed for a previous operation.

There are several ways to avoid this problem:
Sort your results tables according to INSPLOT and INSPOPER before
confirming results.
Execute a BapiService.TransactionCommit (BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT).
After this, you can again confirm results for the operation.
