You attempted to create an FMLA request for a period before an existing
FMLA request.

Systemantwort

You cannot create this request. The system determined an FMLA rule
according to which the deduction interval is always calculated in
relation to the first absence recorded.
This method requires all FMLA requests to be entered in chronological
order, since the system cannot calculate the deduction of the absences
otherwise.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Remove the assignment to absences for the following FMLA requests whose
deduction intervals are determined according to the first recorded
absence.
Create a new request and reassign the absences.
