The country code could not be determined.
Person &V1& does not exist in the period between &V2& and &V3& or has
no infotype 0 or infotype 1 in this period.

Check whether the personnel area of the person has been assigned a
country code.
Check whether there are holder relationships for person &V1& that start
before the date the person was hired. Infotypes 0 and 2 must exist for
the period between &V2& and &V3&.
