&CAUSE& The quota entitlement must not fall short of the existing quota
consumption less the limit for negative deduction.

A warning appears
If you have cumulated the quota entitlement automatically (using time
evaluation), the system issues a warning due to a recalculation that
most likely created the inconsistency in the first place. You can then
change the relevant data in the record and then save the record.
If you have created absence quotas in time recording (manually), the
system issues an error message because you have reduced the entitlement
by entering an unpermitted lesser value directly. The current infotype
record can not be save because this would cause inconsistencies in
quota deduction.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If the system issues a warning, choose Goto -> Deduction to determine
the existing absence records deducted from the current quota record (at
the time when enough entitlement existed). Then check the existing
absence records to see if there is any connection to the current quota
record. Decide whether some of these absence records can be deleted or
if a recalculation with RPTIME00 should be repeated after the
appropriate correction is made. Report RPTIME00 shows absence
entitlement already used (taken) in more detail.
If there were no errors in both cases, then the problem must be solved
internally. None of the dependent absence records can be changed
anymore.
If the system issues an error message, check the negative deduction
limit for the quota type or modify the entitlement accordingly.
