Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The component type <ZH>&V1&</> defined in PPMS for software component
release &V2& &V3& does not match value <ZH>&V4&</> in the extended
package attribute COMP_TYPE of the Software Delivery Assembler (SDA).

Systemantwort

The system terminates the activity and the package status is unchanged.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

You have the following options to accept the value of the component type
consistently:
If the value <ZH>&V4&</> is correct in package attribute COMP_TYPE,
change the value in PPMS accordingly. Then execute the required activity
in SDA again.
If, however, the value <ZH>&V1&</> is to be taken over from PPMS, change
the attribute COMP_TYPE. To do this, register the package with the
option "Change Attributes". The execute the required activity in SDA
again.

Check the component type in PPMS:
<ZK>Transaction BOPP-->Software Components Using Technical Name or
Release-->Technical Name (Software Component)/Techn. Release (Release)
-->Go-->Link Name of Object-->ABAP Component Layer</>
If necessary, contact the ABAP Assembly Owner for the software component
release &V2& &V3&. You can find this in SDA using the menu function:
Enter the name of the package in the "Package" field on the
"Administration" tab page and choose
<ZH>Environment-->PPMS Contact Person</>.
